WE SHIP BY FEDEX

They deliver Sabers for us all over the world – shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We process all orders within 1-2 business days, though there may be slight delays during peak holiday times. (Ahem, Saber makes a great gift.)

All U.S. shipments contain an official invoice with the exact declared value of each item in U.S. dollars. All international shipments contain a packing list and commercial and/or proforma invoice to help ensure they sail through customs.

Romeo Power Technology is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control. And we can’t change the delivery address after we ship, so please triple-check it!

DID YOU PRE-ORDER?

We ship pre-orders by the time stated on the purchase page. If we can’t meet pre-sale delivery, we’ll let you know right away so you can decide whether to wait or get a refund.

Romeo Power Technology is not responsible for pre-sale shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

MAKE SURE IT WAS HANDLED WITH CARE

We carefully seal packages to ensure they’re secure, and your package is fully insured with FedEx against damage, theft, and loss during transport. The insurance ends once you sign for the package.

We can’t offer refunds after you sign, so first please inspect not only the package, but also your Saber. We urge you to refuse packages or products that are damaged, broken, or appear to have been tampered with. Please contact our customer care team at support@romeopower.com in those cases.

Also, if your package was opened by the carrier for authorized inspections, it should be re-closed with a guarantee seal. If the package is damaged and/or the adhesive tape isn’t intact, you can either refuse the package or sign for it with a note saying “Received unchecked.”

And if you instructed FedEx to deliver without requiring a signature and the package or product is damaged, open a claim with your local FedEx office and contact support@romeopower.com. The delivery will be considered automatically accepted, and Romeo Power Technology will accept and process the claim.

Psst: you can pick up the package at your nearest FedEx location for no additional cost. Arrange it with FedEx once we email you the tracking number.

Attention international customers: you’re considered the “importer of record” and responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes, and other charges. We urge you to check the extent of such charges with your local government agency prior to purchase – we can’t issue credit in cases where packages aren’t delivered because the fees weren’t paid. If your package was opened by the carrier or customs for authorized inspections, it should be re-closed with a guarantee seal.

DON’T LET THIS HAPPEN

If your package can’t be delivered because you space out and do something like:

  • Give us the wrong shipping address or phone number
  • Refuse to accept delivery of an undamaged package/product
  • Aren’t there to sign and didn’t ask FedEx to deliver without a signature

The package will be returned to us at your expense, including shipping costs and any tax/duty fees, and that amount will be deducted from your refund. And no one wants that.

By placing an order with us, you establish a commercial relationship with Romeo Power Technology and commit to accept delivery.
